Lehar AI Studio ("LEHAR AI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to our website (lehar.app / leharai.com) and the LEHAR AI mobile application across Android and iOS platforms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and optimize our generative AI studio services:

  • User Content & Inputs: Text prompts entered for AI image, video, music, and voice generation, custom lyrics, reference images uploaded for image-to-image or image-to-video processing, and chat messages.
  • Generated Media: AI images, videos, audio tracks, and music generated by the studio. Media created on the mobile app is stored locally in your device gallery.
  • Device & Technical Identifiers: Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA), IP address, device model, operating system version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens used to notify you when background video or music rendering completes.
  • Usage & Telemetry Data: Anonymized feature interactions, generation latency, event telemetry, and session performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling AI generation requests across specialized provider models (Flux, Veo, Seedance, LTX).
  • Serving personalized and non-personalized advertisements, as well as offering rewarded ad credits via Google AdMob and InMobi.
  • Managing subscriptions, in-app purchases, and Play Integrity checks via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Delivering FCM push notifications when background music or video generation finishes.
  • Monitoring system performance, preventing automated proxy abuse or token farming, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Partners

To deliver our services, we share necessary data with trusted third-party providers:

  • Google AdMob & InMobi Ad Networks: Process advertising identifiers, device data, and app interaction events to serve targeted ads, manage mediation auctions, and deliver rewarded ad credits.
  • PostHog Analytics & Google Analytics (Firebase): Collect anonymized product analytics, feature telemetry, crash logs, and session metrics to help us improve user experience.
  • AI Generation Partners (Flux, Veo, Seedance, LTX): Prompts, lyrics, and uploaded reference images are processed securely by external AI APIs to render requested outputs. Personal identifiers (names, emails) are NEVER sent to AI generation APIs.
  • Google Identity & App Stores: Secure authentication via Google Sign-In and subscription processing via Google Play / Apple App Store.

5. Data Storage, Security & Retention

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Generation history and temporary reference images are retained only as long as necessary to process requests or store history per user preferences. You may clear your local gallery or request full account data deletion at any time.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website and app use essential cookies, secure local storage, and advertising SDKs (Google Mobile Ads, InMobi SDK) to remember user preferences, maintain session state, and manage ad frequency capping. You can adjust ad personalization preferences through your device settings or via the privacy options menu in our app.

7. Your Data Rights & Privacy Compliance

Depending on your jurisdiction (including DPDP Act 2023 in India, GDPR in the EU/UK, and CCPA in California), you have the right to:

  • Access and review personal data associated with your account.
  • Request deletion or purging of your account, generation history, and FCM push tokens.
  • Opt-out of personalized ad targeting via device advertising settings or InMobi/AdMob privacy options.
  • Revoke consent for non-essential data processing.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

LEHAR AI Studio is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete such information.
