By accessing or using Lehar AI Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lehar AI Studio. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans.

4. Permitted Use

Lehar AI Studio is provided for lawful creative and production purposes. You may use the Service to generate video, image, and audio content for personal, commercial, or educational projects, subject to the limitations in these Terms and your subscription tier.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Lehar AI Studio to:

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive.
Produce content that exploits minors or depicts real individuals without consent.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract model weights or proprietary code.
Resell or redistribute generated content in a way that violates these Terms.
Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or automated harmful content at scale.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you generate using Lehar AI Studio. We claim no ownership over your generated outputs.

Our IP: The Lehar AI Studio platform, its interface, algorithms, model orchestration layer, and all associated code and branding are the exclusive property of Lehar Studios Inc.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes. This license is revocable and may be terminated for violation of these Terms.

7. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Free tier users are subject to generation quotas and queue priorities. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and limits with reasonable notice.

8. Payment & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service has not been materially used. After this period, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with payment disputes.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lehar Studios Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where local law requires otherwise.
