1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lehar AI Studio ("LEHAR AI", "the Service", "the App"), including our website (lehar.app / leharai.com) and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LEHAR AI. Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account & Device Identity

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access.
Circumventing credit limits, creating multiple accounts, using automated scripts, or rotating proxies to bypass rate limits or bans is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
We reserve the right to ban device identifiers, IP subnets, or accounts that engage in system abuse.

4. Permitted Use & Content Ownership

Your Generated Content: You retain ownership of all AI images, videos, audio, and music created through LEHAR AI. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated outputs.

Platform IP: LEHAR AI, its logos, studio interface, algorithms, model orchestration layer, and software are the exclusive property of Lehar Studios Inc.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use LEHAR AI to:

Generate illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or non-consensual sexual content.
Create misleading deepfakes intended to deceive, impersonate, or defame real individuals.
Generate content that exploits minors or violates child safety laws (CSAM zero-tolerance policy).
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary code, API endpoints, or AI model weights.
Use automated bot farms, proxy rotators, or script attacks against our generation API.

6. Subscriptions, Credits & Rewarded Ads

Free Credits & Rewarded Ads: Free users receive daily credit allocations and can earn bonus credits by watching rewarded ads (via Google AdMob / InMobi) or inviting friends.
Subscriptions: Pro plans provide higher resolution outputs (1080p / 2K / 4K), priority rendering queues, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Refund Policy: In-app subscription cancellations and refund requests are governed by Google Play / App Store store policy rules.

7. AI Service Availability & Limitations

AI generation processing is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis using multi-provider infrastructure (Flux, Veo, Seedance, LTX). Render times, queue speeds, and model availability may vary depending on upstream server loads. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for users who violate these Terms, engage in automated API abuse, or violate third-party rights. Banned users forfeit any remaining free credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

LEHAR AI Studio and Lehar Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or third-party AI model outputs.
